Zivah International Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating under the brand name ElectriVa, is committed to delivering uninterrupted and high-quality electric vehicle charging services. This Refund Policy governs the terms under which users (“you”, “user”, or “customer”) may be eligible to receive a refund for payments made through the ElectriVa platform, including the mobile application and web-based interface (“Platform”).
- All payments made via the Platform are deemed final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated in this Policy. Refunds shall be considered on a case-by-case basis and processed at the sole discretion of the Company, subject to the provisions stated herein.
- A refund may be considered under the following conditions, provided the transaction is verifiably associated with a failure in service attributable solely to the Company:
Service Failure
- Charging session failed to initiate due to a technical fault in the charger attributable to the Company’s infrastructure.
- Power delivery was not initiated, or the session was prematurely terminated due to systemic fault.
- The charging station materially failed to deliver the category of service purchased (e.g., user paid for fast charging but only slow charging was available).
- All claims for refunds must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of the original transaction. Claims submitted beyond this period shall be summarily rejected, irrespective of merit.
- Exclusions & Limitations
No refund shall be entertained in the following cases:
- If the charging session was completed and power was successfully delivered as per session logs.
- Incorrect operation of the charger or platform by the user.
- User selected incorrect connector type or exited prematurely without completing the session.
- Disruptions caused by third-party applications, mobile data issues, vehicle-side faults, power grid failure, or force majeure events.

- Review & Resolution Process: Upon receipt, the refund request shall undergo an internal validation process. The Company may require additional information or conduct technical analysis using internal logs. Refund approval or rejection shall be communicated to the user within a reasonable period.
- Policy Amendments: The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Refund Policy, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. The updated Policy shall be published on the official website and shall become effective upon posting.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
